Take a Trip to the Center of Your Soul: Intention, Attention and Developing Psychic Skills

What are the best ways to develop my psychic ability? Can my diet influence my intuition? Will exercise, or fasting or yoga help me have a spiritual or paranormal experience? And how much does what I believe influence my ability to feel more in tune and harmonious with my natural psychic skills?
Any of these questions sound familiar? The truth is, one of the most common questions we get are from ordinary people who are seeking out extraordinary spiritual experiences through dedicated practices like yoga, mediation, and even lifestyle changes like diet, juicing, and even some types of "herbs" and other natural sounding recreational drugs.

It's honestly all very cool stuff... but the good news is, you DON'T need to put yourself through lots of hard core stress to have incredible experiences with spirit or refine, enhance or accentuate your natural psychic skills.
The best approach?
Two words.
Attention and INTENTION.
Where you direct your attention, especially when it's focused INWARD, can be the very best way to cultivate clairvoyance, experience spirit and open up a wide window into a wonderful world of magic, mystery and meaning.
You can take a trip to the center of your soul anytime you choose... because that mode of awareness is ALWAYS available, especially for those of us willing to explore the edges of experience!
Close your eyes, breathe and let your attention simply notice what it notices. Feel your breathe rise and fall and see what is sees. Don't force it - don't follow anything or go anywhere. The amount of intuition that arises from ATTENTION can be amazingly enlightening, and the best part is, it can happen in an instant to boot!
